MORAL DEFENSE ACT OF 381 E.S.

Introduced in the Duma.

An act to attempt to re-emphasize the importance of Canonist morality in Haeseni society.

INTRODUCTION

In recent times, it has felt as though the very moral fabric of our Kingdom has begun to wither. What was once a shining Canonist city on a hill has started sliding down its peak, in part due to a normalization of immoral acts.

I. Necessary Definitions

  • Immoral Acts: any act which goes against Canonist morals including but not limited to: infidelity, homosexuality, miscegenation, etc.

II. Amendments

Section 433: Morality shall now read:

433: Morality

433.04: If an individual is convicted of a morality crime, they shall be stripped of rank and prestige depending on their title;

433.041: If a Noble is convicted, they shall be required to pay twice the amount of the fine sentenced by the Jovenaars at trial.

433.042: If a Knight is convicted, they shall be stripped of their Knighthood.

433.043: If a soldier is convicted, they shall be discharged.

433.044: If an agent of the crown is convicted, they shall be terminated from their position.

433.045: If a convicted individual falls under more than one of these categories, they shall be subjected to punishments for all that fit.

"I should really write an encyclical letters on these three immoral acts.", Tylos I remarks, glancing back to the view from the balcony in one particular place.
