An Investigation Begins

 

Subjects of the Empire, I write this to inform you that I, Director of the Secret Service, Anthony Alexios Basrid have been called upon to form and produce an investigation into the sudden disappearance of Adeline d’Azor. For such an occasion, I have formed a team that is going to assist and investigate the situation with me so that we may find and publish all of the details surrounding the disappearance. Below is a list of what we hope to accomplish and publish in such. 

 

- A multitude of interviews from the witnesses

- A letter to be published to the government and subjects of the empire containing all of our found information
- Justice to be brought against any criminals that we may find during the investigation

 

To the subjects of the Empire, I have one request: you bring forth any evidence or information pertaining to the disappearance of Adeline d’Azur to the Ministry of Intelligence. I look forward to working with you all.

Katharina nods her head in approval as the missive crosses her workspace. "The disappearance of an important member of society. And yet the family seems ill tempered at the thought of seeking her out. The truth must be found, if not for the good of the d'Azor family's peace of mind, but for the good of all victims of foul play that have been swept under the rug." She leans back with a sigh as she continues scribbling away at her work.
