Our dear capital has seen improvements coming up left and right some disagree some agree about them however
While our nation has known relative peace for years, it's those years we should use to better ourselves and where we live. As a businessman A Father and a simple man of oren, I understand this very well as I strive to leave behind a better place for my own children  and the people. Providence has suffered inactive lord mayors in the past that only ran for title, for as soon as they won, they pulled back from the light and barely did anything for Providence and its ever growing number of people

 EXPANSION:

The Number of people that live within Providence keeps growing and the city is having issues to support it, shops being converted into housing,  housing being converted into shops over and over again. I seek to expand our capital city with brand new streets and brand new houses for people to live in so we can support the rising numbers. The home office shall know no peace until i get answers and a good deal for the expansion

 

 REMOVAL OF THE “AIMEE” FOUNTAIN:

Under the last election people wanted it gone but yet it still stands, its name plate ripped off but still standing. I am one to agree with the masses for its removal and i will seek to remove it brick to brick

 

RENOVATIONS: 

Providence our dear Capital is always on the move, wear and tear spreads all over the city and I seek to renovate key locations such as our bank on the inside and outside, the poor building has seen more wear and tear without a new coat of paint for what seems a man's age.

And our City Assembly hall was many years ago renovated into what could be called a dungeon and not a seat of the local government, what should be warm and inviting is now dark and gloomy. And i seek with the help of the ISA and our Home Office to change our front gate from a double to a single adding more space to the city and a better managed gate to keep out bandits and the like

 

LOCAL EMERGENCY FUND:

Under my leadership i seek to create a local emergency fund by relocating 10% of the yearly city income into a fund of its own, so we during emergencies have funding standing ready and able

so the imperial treasury do not have to focus on us and we don't have to fully rely on them

 

RELOCATION OF THE MOJ:

For years the Ministry of Justice has had their office inside the City Hall building, while close to the gate they frankly barely have space to support themself, i seek to relocate the ministry to provide better standards for their operations, therefore will i engage talks with the home office and the solicitor general about locations that would be more suitable for their needs

also offer a bit more safety for them and the people as their building has been target of crimes and attacks

Upon these stand points is what I seek to run on and what I plan to offer you the people of providence. I'm a man of means, a man of business, and a life long man of the state. I offer experience and the promise that I will be ruthless in getting my goals fulfilled. For if one does not try, did one really want it in the first place?
