THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WERE BROUGHT AGAINST THE DEFENDANT;

 

402.01: An individual who intentionally kills another shall be guilty of the severe offence of murder;

 

427.01: If an individual or group is convicted of attempting to commit a crime, they shall be issued a punishment equal to the punishment deserving of the actual crime committed.

 

THE FOLLOWING IS THE VERDICT BROUGHT BY THE JOVENAAR;

 

The Defendant, Justine, was found guilty of both charges after absconding from the trial. Per clause 423 in the Haurul Caezk on absconsion, the defendant has forfeited her right to a trial and is presumed guilty. The court sentences her to branding with an 'M' upon her cheek, as well as fifteen (15) lashes if she is caught.

On the charge of Murder;

The child tacked with this crime spent the day with her family, eating sweets - cookies, cake - and listening to tall tales that a friend recounted. Much better than court.
