THE HOUSE OF COŢOFANĂ

In light of the Most Honourable Margrave Izvoroshu and Her Grace the Matriarch of Vasiyeva's union in Holy Matrimony

Henceforth from the 10th day of Tobias' Bounty, 39 S.E in the Year of Our Lord 1835, The Margrave and his heirs thereafter do solemnly declare and vow to uphold:

   I. That the trueborn descendants of the late Lord Admiral Darius Sare, the First Duke of Freeport, be known by the name 'Coţofană', or its Johannian spelling 'Cotsofana'. 

 

   II. That the styling 'Hazmezul', pertaining to those of the Hazmez diasporah originating in the Kingdom of Hazmstadt, shall also serve as nomenclature for any illegitimate descendant of H.G. the Duke of Freeport sired outside of wedlock. 

 

   II. That the trueborn descendants of Shobolan Coţofană and Arici Coţofană shall inherit the name and pedigree of House Coţofană and be considered ethnically Hazmez in origin.

     II.a) That the trueborn descendants of Shobolan Coţofană and Arici Coţofană shall be eligible heirs to the rank of head of House Coţofană and the related privileges established in The First Letters of Vasiyeva, 29 S.E. 

 

   III. That the trueborn descendants of T.R.H. Sir Vulpe Coţofană and H.G. Ursula Vasović shall not inherit the name of House Coţofană, though will inherit its pedigree along with that of House Vasović and be considered ethnically Vasoyevi in origin. 

      II.a) That the trueborn descendants of T.R.H. Sir Vulpe Coţofană and H.G. Ursula Vasović shall not be eligible heirs to the rank of head of House Coţofană and the related privileges established in The First Letters of Vasiyeva, 29 S.E. 

   IV. That the pedigree of House Coţofană and its Noble status be recognised in affiliation to the triumphs of its members past and present, and their legitimate descendance from the Royal and Noble ancestry attached to this document.
