TO THE PIOUS MEN AND WOMEN OF SAVOY, FOREIGNERS AND WHOMEVER THIS MAY CONCERN,

I, Ernst Barclay von Freimark, write this letter much like I did the previous one, for it concerns my shared problem of constant nightmares, which have been torturing me for months on end. However, whilst the previous letter was that of desperation, this one is that of appreciation.

During the First Baronial Court of Freimark, I called for a reply to my plea, and instead of a single one, I was approached with three:

The first one came in the form of medicine. For it was a lady unbeknownst to me before, who offered me her remedies. Sleeping agents, she offered me, to aid me, a sample I was offered, and a sample I shall apply. To GOTT I pray that such will put an end to my nocturnal torment.

The second reply to my plea came in the form of a Hexer, one called Edmond of Sava, a man who so admitted to specialize in dealing with monsters and beasts. Thus, it was suggested that my torment stems from a possession, as was agreed by His Highness and my dear friend, Ulrich von Alstreim. Thus, shall I also try to seek remedy in the sir Hexer, yet I pray to GOTT that my mortal flesh has not been plagued by daemons.

The final, third reply to my aid came in the form of my cousin, Emil Barclay von Reinmar. Sent by my northern kin from Reinmar, it was suggested that I seek the Morovar Oracle, Franz, Prince of Haense. For such, I shall be able to achieve not only cured nightmares, but answered ones, for their contents torment me more than their existence. However, it so appears that said Prince has gone missing from the Haeseni lands. Thus, the following shall be declared.

THE QUEST OF THE ORACLE

Be decree of the Baron of Freimark, Lord Ernst Barclay
The first quest of Freimark shall initiate. Dubbed the Quest of the Oracle by the lord of the land, its completion shall be tasked to the Sons of Saint Tylos, so that the Prince of Haense may be found once more. Those men who so wish to receive the quest, may do so through talking to the Baron von Freimark, so that they may aid to the ending of such problems and bad omens. To GOTT and Saint Tylos we pray that they aid Freimarkish Bannermen in their bestowed quest.

IM NAMEN GOTTES,

HIS EXCELLENCY, Ernst Barclay von Freimark, Lord Exchequer of Savoy, Baron of Freimark, Lord of Neuberg, Commander of the Black Cross.

The knighted Hexer, Edmond of Sava, descended from the Keep of Freimark, arms folded across his chest as he shifted forth. His flaxen hair flowed behind him against the passing breeze, and he turned to face Masuo @KunLunKungFu as they reached their horses. "I believe I've some idea of the affliction facing the Baron," he'd remark, boot sliding into stirrup as he threw himself over his saddle. "I fear it may prove worse than anticipated to the newly ennobled Freimark."

The Vagabond, and initiate Hexer, strolled alongside Edmond, a hand upon his daisho. "Mmm." Was all he'd reply, as he too mounted his steed, and prepared to ride off. "Let us find whatever ails him. I suspect a baron's pockets to be lined quite heavily." He jested, taking the reigns and beginning to ride!
