The declaration hereby states that the Brigada Mercatore does not recognize any past claims on the City of Esbula, previously known as New Esbec. The Brigada reserves the right to remove anyone deemed a threat from the City of Esbula, and its surrounding areas in which the code of law will be enforced. The Brigada holds supreme authority over said surrounding areas and Esbula itself. Due to the current state of humanity and its realms, the Brigada strongly advises and discourages all Imperial Citizens, Levies, Armsmen, and other forms military and government to henceforth avoid the City of Esbula. The Brigada Mercatore and the Territory it claims remains admit that the current sway of our decisions have not been affected by current politics other than that of the want to protect our own kin. The Brigada Mercatore is not a insurgency supported by external forces. We are not a Insurgency. We are only here to help, do no interfere. The City of Esbula is a new motherland for us Mercatore.
