ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HALL OF HEROES INITIATIVE Vote: The Waldenic Diet shall send a delegate to speak with the Grand Maer about a building being provided for the hall of heroes in the Royal City of Karosgrad AFFIRMATION OF THE PRIMARY WALDENIC SYMBOLS OF MERIT Vote; The vote was postponed until the next session. PROTECTION OF THE WALDENIAN WALRUS AS AN ENDANGERED SPECIES. Vote: A colony of Waldenian Walruses will be built on Lake Voron, and all hunting of the eagle be prohibit on Waldenian lands. THE COMPACT OF MERRYWEATHER The first motion of the 2nd session of the 3rd Waldenic Diet was the matter of the Compact of Merryweather, first brought forth by Lord Vandalore Ulrich Alstreim during the 2nd Waldenic Diet. The Electorate spoke briefly of the lengths to go to ensure no foreign nation may lay claim to Waldenian titles - present or long forgotten. After a moment’s debate, a vote was called on presenting a proper document of the motion during the next session, then to be voted by on by the Waldenic Lords. VOTE: A DOCUMENT WILL BE PREPARED AND PRESENTED AT THE NEXT SESSION BY THE LORD VANDALORE. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HALL OF HEROES INITIATIVE The second motion brought before the Diet was the hall of heroes initiative, to honor those Waldenian soldiers and great men who’ve perished. The issue brought forth by the Vandalore was regarding the placement of the hall, to which two options were provided; A public place in the Royal City of Karosgrad, or on the lands of a Waldenian Lord. AFFIRMATION OF THE PRIMARY WALDENIC SYMBOLS OF MERIT The third motion brought to the diet was the matter regarding the current Waldenic symbols of merit. The Diet discussed the matter for a moment, bringing forward the issues with there being no clear definition of what a Vander by Blood or a Knight of the Waldenian Peoples are, or how to receive such. The motion was decided to be moved to the next session to allow more time for such to be considered. VOTE: THE VOTE WAS POSTPONED UNTIL THE NEXT SESSION JA - ABWESEND - The vote was not held. PROTECTION OF THE WALDENIAN WALRUS AS A ENDANGERED SPECIES The last motion of the 2nd session was regarding the Waldenian Walrus and their current endangered state as a species. The Elector Valwyck - with great excitement - offered to have some of the animals imported to Lake Voron, as to allow more space for the Waldenian animal. After this, the Lord Vandalore suggested the Waldenian Lords prohibit any hunting of the Waldenian Walrus on their lands, and a vote was called.
