THE FOX’S CALLING

I, Sir Jarad Munnel, Baron of Brighthill and Patriarch of Munnel do hereby issue the following degree

 

1. The Barony of Brighthill hereby declares FULL NEUTRALITY in the ongoing Orenian civil war as long as neither side attacks the Baron’s direct Family. 

2. The Barony of Brighthill hereby declares its support for Ebonwoood's NEUTRALITY and promises to aid in its defense so long as Ebonwood upholds its NEUTRALITY. Barony of Brighthill Will also rally to aid other neutral vassals that come under attack. 

3. The Barony of Brighthill and its subsidiary the Sunlit Foxes hereby pledge their blades to aid in the defense of the Nation from External Threats. We shall ensure there is a nation that all can return to. (Mercenaries are not considered outside forced)

4. Lord Hierman Melphestaus is hereby given citizenship and refuge upon the lands of the Barony, additionally, he shall be received as a friend of Sir Jarad Munnel, any attack on Lord Hieran is an attack on the Barony.

5. All Neutral Lords are hereby invited to come to The Barony Of Brighthill. In order to speak with Sir Jarad Munnel, once he awakens. They shall be greeted as honored guests and be given refuge if requested.

6. The Barony of Brighthill is declared a safe zone for the Civil war and will take in all who seek lodging or aid as long as they pledge their NEUTRALITY in the Civil war and Their blade to the defense of the Nation from external sources.

7. Frederick I and Peter IV are hereby invited to the barony to speak with Sir Jarad Munnel about Ending the current conflict. With Baron Jarad Munnel acting as a mediator.

8. It is Declared that Ember Munnel is the Rightful and Only Heir to the Barony of Brighthill and the Household of Munnel.

9. Hera is hereby Warded into the Munnel Family and shall take up the name of Hera Bright.

10. The Barony of Brighthill will pledge fealty to the victor of the civil war. 

11. The Barony of Brighthill hereby declares that there shall be a Providence and Oren to return to after the Civil war.
