A S T E R C A L I A  U P D A T E

 

PENNED 16TH OF TOBIAS’ BOUNTY IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 1868

 

Destructive times of turmoil and strife do we find our staunch Kingdom in these disturbing months, the pretend imperialists spewing more nonsense for that of their mindless people to follow.

 

The safety of my beloved courtiers is what I cherish the most of all, and I am in every sense of service to all of such. Never would I put any member at risk or let any extravagant event to transpire when our courtiers are unnerved and petrified - innocent and unaware of what they think may materialise next.

 

It is with robust and renowned regret that I announce the Astercalia festivities shall cease as of now, allowing time for our members of court to recuperate and put their blameless minds at rest. All remaining expenses already sought for by any hosters shall be discussed and returned in full, the Crown thoughtful in times of this simply horrific war. Once it is ceased, Astercalia shall reform into a superior form strongly led by the Aster Council and its stalwart offices.

 

I extend unfeigned apologies to all bachelors and debutantes affected by this required announcement, and shall be open to receiving letters voicing anyone’s grievances if such transpires. We will come back compelling and cogent - a new Astercalia in the works which shall suffice for the disaster of previous.
