Reform of the 32nd Year After Establishment

Preamble

The United Provinces has been established for 4 years and an increasing amount of administrative issues and inefficiency has been shown during the process of trial-and-error by the Rathonian Government. Henceforth, the Grand Governor of Dùnrath is attempting to improve Dùnrath’s efficiency by further refining the governmental structure of Dùnrath until the system is deemed suitable for long term development of Dùrnath. Furthermore, positions will be reduced or merged in order to increase the administrative efficiency in the government.

This reform will be executed and valid from today, the 20th of The Amber Cold, Year 74 of the Second Age, including the following changes and alterations:

Land Reform

The Rathonian Government shall cede the western half of the Commune of Kristianstad to the Lairdship of Grenzstadt, so that the definition of the Lairdship of Grenzstadt will be [(-950,-1462);(-680,-1376)], the Eastern Half of the commune of Kristianstad will merge with the Commune of Bromölla. 

The Commune of Bromölla shall be a Commune of the Province of South Dunbar.

The Province of Vestlandet will be downgraded into a Territory of Dùnrath.

The Province of Gräns and the Commune of Kristianstad will be abolished. The Lairdship of Grenzstadt shall become an Autonomous Territory of Dùnrath, lead by the Laird of Grenzstadt.

 

Position Reform

Governors of ALL Provinces shall be abolished, and all administrative decisions will be done by the Grand Governor and the Rathonian People’s Council:

The Right Honourable, Baroness of Helmsdale, Lady Marta Sutharlainn, shall be alternatively, appointed as the Cabinet Secretary for Internal Affairs.

Lady Scatha “Freya” Drakon, shall retain her position as the Cabinet Secretary for Social Security.

The Right Honourable, Sir Boots Anarórë, shall retain his position as the Laird of Grenzstadt, as the title granted by the Norlandic Crown. Additionally, he shall also rule over the western half of the former Commune of Kristianstad as stated above at the Land Reform Section.
