Hence, according to Rathonian Law and decision made in the Rathonian People's Council. Her Right Honourable, Baronette of Dunbar, Lady Ailis NicDhùghlas Sutharlainn will be taking over as the Grand Governor of Dùnrath temporary until either Dùghlas returns, or he still be missing the end of the next First Minister Term, where the council would discuss a lawful solution to tackle this problem.
