As the first act as Laurir Akaln, an organization of the Celian treasury is to be made. There will be two additions made to the treasury as a way to further aid in new expansions of Celia’nor: the positions of  Evar’heial and the Evar’irham. As well, there will be a renaming of the current treasurer position: from Laurir Akaln to Laurir Akaleh. The text below will discuss the new roles and their responsibilities.

Laurir Akaleh

Veralya Wynasul (Amuletic)

Previously known as the Laurir Akaln, the Laurir Akaleh is the head of the Akalehan’asiumlum and assumes the responsibilities of managing the treasury. The administrator for all things finance, the Laurir Akaleh ensures the success of the economy and a large sum of funds for the Celian state. As well, the Laurir Akaleh is the head of the Akalehan'asiumlum, ensuring all responsibilities are being filled.

Evar'heial

Lenniel Vandi’ir (DevBug)

This position handles the guilds within the Celia’nor, along with their rights based on the guild system that is to be announced. The Evar’heial is responsible for promotion and demotion of guilds, as well as the enforcement of policies regarding said guilds.

Evar'irham

Ante’ahern Athri’onn (CephalonAir)

The resources and management of such are the responsibility of the Evar’irham. They work on gaining materials for Celia’nor to ensure that supply remains bountiful in any situation needed. Along with this, the Evar’irham works on allocating these supplies for the entirety of Celia’nor.

Leopold von Reuss, the mercenary dwells within his keep on Celia'nors border read over the missive, he looks to his elven friend Athri who gave him the missive, "Why must these elves have such an over complicated language.. these names, how are those like me able to pronounce such words?" @GrowingIvy
