Explanation

 

I and some friends decided to lead a raid on the settlement of Balian in South Hub due to an ongoing conflict between our house, House Jindle, and the general populace of Balian over the issue of them being Orenian Remnants. During such, we found an expedition of some players in the mine, thus we initiated conflict with them after rallying our players and approaching them. This led to a couple hour CRP, in which we were argued with and yelled at by the opposing side for us suggesting pvp after they complained that for their europeans it was 2am. We gave them the option of mechanical combat, which they denied continuously whilst attempting to get out of the conflict by OOCly insulting us and yelling at us to. Yet, we took it and continued attempting to roleplay, though we were rattled when one player in particular, MisterBlitzkrieg, decided to insult us by using the recently deceased Queen Elizabeth the II, rattling a few of our British players and generally souring the mood. This form of toxicity should not be allowed to occur on the server, especially using real life events to attempt to control roleplay response to conflict.

I called a mod who then proceeded to oversee the CRP, but generally this form of toxicity shouldn't be allowed on the server period. There have been multiple others claiming he had said similar things other times as well, meaning that he has faced backlash multiple times for doing this and continues to believe it is okay.
