a school student and I enjoy gaming.

Depends how much homework I have! a few hours in the week, up to 5 per day at weekend.

Since 1.4, I'm not sure about the date. February I think.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?:

I play games like Fallout and Oblivion alot. I have played runescape before too.

I understand that it is entering a fictional world with a fictional character, but keeping it as real and in-character as possible to help the experience. You must stay in-character in the general chat and make sure your actions are according to your character's lifestyle. If you want to chat out of your character's nature or something he would not say normally, you use OOC Chat. You must respect everyone and follow the rules. Talking OOC in general chat is against the rules, because RPG is meant to keep everything as in-character as it can possibly be.

-What do you expect this server will be like?:

Grand, awesome, and lots of fun. I except to start a new adventure and accomplish great things.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I am an admin at Multicoder's Server. I still play there, just not much. I understand the hardship of being and admin, and I feel for the admins at LoTC, because they have 100's more people to tend to.

I have, and I have read the lore thoroughly. I agree with it also.

No griefing. Kind of obvious, but needed.

No mining in none-mining areas. I am addicted to mining...

-Biography:

Mauri, born to Gorwald and Synthia Stonebeard, in the Cloud Temple of Aegis, was a keen miner and farmer at a young age. He was decided the name by his Father and Uncle, it literally meant 'The life force of which ALL objects contain'. By 12 he could lift his father's pickaxe. He spent most of his life with his mother, his father Gorwald having been slain in battle by hooded creatures when Mauri was only 14. At 16 he passed his apprenticeship, with his Great Uncle Brondet. He proved to be a fine smith, and could shift vast amounts of stone. He was praised by the elder Paragons themselves for his fine work and progress. He lead a hard life of learning and hard graft. Many a time was he ridiculed for his father's cowardice towards the hooded creatures, countless times he would fight for blood with his rivals and taunters. He had to come to terms with his fathers death, carry on his legacy and fame in the smith trade, and to prove to all that he had earned the name Stonebeard. Now matured, he has great pressure upon him to choose between the good and the evil. He will continue his adventure nonetheless, whether for the good or the bad, but to protect and serve Kal'Urguan and the Lord Marshall Phog; and to learn more about his fathers death... and to avenge him.

Mauri not only looks to avenge his father, but to become one of the most famous and exemplary Dwarves ever to walk the plains of Aegis. He wishes to please those who he looks up to and to set an example for those who look up on Mauri.

-Character Appearance:

No helmet like normal dwarfs, lot's of brown hair and a beard. Wears a suit of chainmail.

-Character Personality:

Friendly but stubborn. Mauri is also very attached to his father's death. Even mentioning it would be enough to make Mauri hate you. If you're nice, you'll get along with Mauri.

His grief for his father can be regarded as a great flaw, due to how driven Mauri is to avenge him. He is determined to, to the extent that he would give up everything to find the killer.

To become a renown miner and farmer across the land, and to have many speak of his name as an exemplary worker.

Both extremely well.

At a high level.

Yes, but he prefers the underground aspects of the world.

Very well, but he prefers to take a tactical route.

A VERY lot.

Yes, he is very persistent at mining and can shift a mountain if needed.
