Mirtok 2853 Share Posted October 9, 2011 As you all may know the nation of Oren has fallen into a state a corruption and disarray. The Undead have converted King Edmund and drove him into eating his queen. These are truly dark times and now that the nation is without a ruler it is time that a new one be found. There are many willing to step up to the throne but few who have proven themselves able or worthy. I am writing this to inform the nation of Oren that we do in fact have a person who has demonstrated his abilities on a number of occasions for the past months, Gaius Marius. Gaius is a strong, diplomatic, and just ruler who constructed a mighty order from a small band of lost warriors and dirt to a functioning military power. He has dedicated much of his time into repair the status of Oren and ridding the lands of distrustful guilds. He has accomplished a great deal in this short time and therefore is the most worthy and fit to lead this struggling nation. Please I beg of you all not to let the humans be lead by Orcs or some power hungry tyrant bent on lining his pockets and caring not for the nation. If Gaius is made king the nation and its people will benefit greatly from having such a leader at the helm of the throne. If you are not convinced on his ability to rule the grand nation of humans I urge you to view our work HERE This order has put it self in harms way to better this nation. We have struggled, fought, and conquered in the name of the people. We want nothing more but to lead this nation to a brighter future and your support will be the force we need to do so. Have a part in your future and the future of Aegis and beyond. He is familiar among the people and always seems to find a logical peaceful conclusion no matter the situation. Gaius has been a dedicated roleplayer, and many times when i have wanted to rage for others bad rp, he has kept a level head and resolved the situation diplomatically. He has been a part of this server, and helped create great rp experiences for everybody. From attacks against the undead, to the destruction of rival factions, even to diplomacy with our orcish friends, Gaius has led us valiantly through it all. People have been pushing for Dawn but they fail to see what an effect she will really have on the kingdom. Dawn is a baker who has sworn she will never wield a weapon, how can she lead the nation in battle against Oren's foes if she won't pick up a sword and charge the enemies? Gaius has proven time and time again that he is willing and more than able to leader to take the humans to victory for ages to come. His efforts may have gone unnoticed to the general population but his actions have been felt by all. He may not be of royal blood but you all must consider neither is Dawn, Gaius out smarts, out plays, and out fights Dawn and her followers.
