Between the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska and the United Kingdom of Aaun

ARTICLE I  | ARTIKEL AUWN | ARTICULUS UNUS

The Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska and the United Kingdom of Aaun, hereon referred to as “the signatories”, mutually recognise each others’ status as fully autonomous states. This includes the right to fully rule and govern their territories as they see fit and non-interference in internal affairs. 

 

ARTICLE II  | ARTIKEL ZWIEN | ARTICULUS DUO

The signatories pledge themselves to a defensive alliance between their States, and shall not incite conflict between them. They furthermore agree to rise to defend each other militarily in times of distress.

 

ARTICLE III | ARTIKEL DRES | ARTICULUS TRES

The signatories pledge that, in the event of any conflict between them, that such matters shall be solved through diplomacy first and foremost.

 

ARTICLE IV | ARTIKEL VAUR | ARTICULUS QUATTUOR

The signatories pledge that, should a citizen of either signatory be found to have acted in breach of local law whilst in the other’s territories, and should that citizen flee to their homeland; they shall be extradited to the signatory in which they committed the crime, and tried according to the local laws therein.

 

ARTICLE V | ARTIKEL SIEG | ARTICULUS QUINQUE

The Ghaestenwald Pact shall be in effect from the moment it is signed by the Crown of Haense and ratified by the Royal Diet of Aaun, and shall be in effect for a period of twelve years, or until the death of either Monarch.
