DAS EBERWALD-VEREINBARUNG

THE EBERWALD AGREEMENT

Issued by the Grand Prince of Minitz

in the year of our Lord 1932

SÖHNE UND TÖCHTER VON MINITZ,

For two decades, the House von Theonus and its scions have been tasked in numerous administration tasks, leading a number of Theonus to manage much of the lands of the Principality. In turn it made them a House of great prestige and respect within our great Principality, and were granted by Our Duke the Thenage of Einmont for their service in the year of our Lord 1913, which continued thereafter until now, the year 1932.

However, after a lengthy discussion with the Chieftain of Theonus, We have come with them to a mutual agreement that it is time their family and Our Principality continue their march down separate paths. The titles belonging to House von Theonus, that being the Thenage of Einmont, and Chieftaincy of Theonus shall be returned to the Princely Crown, and in turn they shall be released of their fealty to the Grand Principality.

We wish the House of Theonus the best luck in its next endeavors wherever it may take them, and thank them for their service in governing the realm for the last two decades, through both times of war and peace for the Reinmaren people.

His Serene Highness, Brandt Wilheim Barclay Großfürst von Minitz, KBS, GMSTSR GMVBE, KIH, Duke of Kanunsberg, Count of Neu Brandthof, Viscount of Tucay, Baron of Boriënwald and Brandthof, Lord of Durres, Grand Peer of Aaun, Warden of the Franklands, High Chieftain of the Reinmaren, LORD VANDALORE

As he stacked a large pile of papers to be sent off to the Grand Prince for the final time, Karl von Theonus could not help but let out a soft sigh. It had been twenty years since he'd arrived in the then Duchy of Minitz. The elderly Waldenian felt a mix of emotions, but steeled himself knowing that this was for the best, and what his family wanted. "Ich wish them gutte fortunes in the comings years, truly. It has been ein honor." Karl said to the scribe he burdened this large stack of papers with. Gone thereafter to pack a final few mementos as he prepared to depart Kanunsburg alongside his family.

"They really should reemploy me as their translator... It's DIE Vereinbarung and not DAS Vereinbarung," noted Raziel Amethil, Scholar of the Waldenian tongue.
