Proclamation of a Captive

I, Axilya, have been dutifully captured by the Sillumir and their allies.  My captor, Ashwyn of the Sythaerin Talonii has agreed to spare me as long as I agree to and uphold the following terms:

I. I shall remain within the walls of the Silver State of Haelun’or for the duration of the conflict.

 

II. I shall be allowed to tend to the wounded as captives.

III. My captors shall ensure that I am fed three meals a day.

IV. I shall not be tortured, maimed, or hurt by my captors.

V. If I leave the Silver State while the conflict still rages I understand that the next time I am captured, my captors shall not be as benevolent.
