He shall be raised to the position of Erstkanzler, and entrusted with the powers and duties of such an office. Thus, it is by the Decree of the Grand Prince that: BRANDT BISHOP GELIMAR BARCLAY BE ELEVATED AS THE ERSTKANZLER OF MINITZ, TO TAKE A SEAT AMONGST THE MEMBERS OF THE GRAND PRINCE'S HERRENHAUS, TO OVERSEE THE ADMINISTRATION AND PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE HERZOGRAT OF MINITZ.
