The Grand Kingdom of Urguan has seen a decline in homeownership amongst the populace. To ensure the prosperity of the people, The Obsidian Throne shall instate the following laws to ensure a high standard of living for its citizens.

 

ARTICLE I - DOWN PAYMENTS
ᚨᚱᛏᛁᚲᛚᛖ ᛁ - ᛞᛟᚹᚾᛈᚨᛁᛗᛖᚾᛏᛊ

Down payments shall no longer be required for standard Urguani properties within its capital, only yearly taxation shall remain. (I.E. buildings/stalls/residences/etc. built by the Kingdom). Structures, buildings, etc built independently will still require contracts which include down payments.

 

ARTICLE II - LIVING STANDARDS
ᚨᚱᛏᛁᚲᛚᛖ ᛁᛁ - ᛚᛁᚢᛁᚾᚷ ᛊᛏᚨᚾᛞᚨᚱᛞᛊ

To increase the living standards of the citizens who reside within the homes of the capital, unused homes will be merged together to increase living space. The prices of these merged houses will not increase. This applies to Class B and Class C housing.

 

ARTICLE III - CONTRIBUTION SUBSIDIES
ᚨᚱᛏᛁᚲᛚᛖ ᛁᛁᛁ - ᚲᛟᚾᛏᚱᛁᛒᚢᛏᛁᛟᚾ ᛊᚢᛒᛊᛁᛞᛁᛖᛊ

Citizens who own residences within Urguan, and are members of Dungrimm’s Legion, shall receive an additional 5 mina with their legion paycheck to help cover the cost of living.

 

ARTICLE IV - DOMESTIC MINING
ᚨᚱᛏᛁᚲᛚᛖ ᛁᚢ - ᛞᛟᛗᛖᛊᛏᛁᚲ ᛗᛁᚾᛁᚾᚷ

Citizens who own residences within Urguan shall be allowed unrestricted access to the central dwarven mines. Non-citizen Yrromar will be subject to fees for entry.

 

ARTICLE V - FATTIER BELLY ACT
ᚨᚱᛏᛁᚲᛚᛖ ᚢ - ᚠᚨᛏᛏᛁᛖᚱ ᛒᛖᛚᛚᛁ ᚨᚲᛏ

Free food distribution to residents shall be enforced once more by The Fat Belly, and in addition to this, a free drink will be included to wash down the food.
