[Amendment] Heralds of Azdromoth

Proposed new redline:

-Ordained heralds who have learned all of the spells and have been ordained for 2+ months are able to be taken off of the MA/CA of the person who originally heralded them.

 

Reason:

Allows for more growth in the community akin to other magics/feats. If people are found abusing they should be punished for herald spam. Not the entire community.

its quite annoying to have to drag an ordained herald with free slots into the room when I want to have a new herald in the group
