With great joy does the Viscounty of Celia’sul welcome Clan Kaeronin! May the stars bless their Talonnii for their works and desires toward a better future for the land and elf-kind. In honor of the Clan, a garden shall be constructed and be named Len'velulaei.

Clan Kaeronin can freely practice their beliefs and Druidism within Celia’sul and openly speak on ideas to better the Viscounty. Should they desire anything, House Adiler and the Crown of Petra will see that an agreement be made.

By request of the Queen, the druids of Clan Kaeronin need to keep their practice within Celia'sul unless stated otherwise by the crown, and she humbly asks that they don't grow trees in the middle of her road.
