SECTION II - DIOCESAN RESTRUCTURING It is through Our Apostolic Right, bestowed unto Us through the Laurel derived from the Exalted, that We see fit to reconstruct, merge and establish the following Diocese, so that Our Church may be better and more efficiently managed by the accordingly appointed shepherds. The current Diocese of Citrea within the Archdiocese of Albarosa, seated in the Parish of Lemon Hill, is to be dissolved. Its territories will be divided as follows;DIOCESE OF GELIMAREncompassing the western portion of the United Kingdom of Aaun, from the mountains up to the border with the Kingdom of Petra, with its seat in the Parish of Minitz. To be shepherded by the newly appointed Bishop of Gelimar. DIOCESE OF CASICAEncompassing the entirety of the Kingdom of Petra, with its seat in the Parish of Vallagne. To be shepherded by the newly appointed Bishop of Casica. Designs on paper do not equate to an actual city however, and therefore we establish the Dicastery of the Palatine of the Apostolic City, to which we’ve appointed the Cardinal from Buron, Frantzisko. Cardinal Frantzisko will oversee the construction project, but needless to say he cannot build the entire city on his own. We therefore call on the faithful flock of Canondom to come to the Church’s aid:Any of you who would be willing to volunteer in helping to build the Apostolic City can write to the Palatine Cardinal. We, and indeed the whole of the Holy Mother Church of the Canon, will be eternally grateful for your aid in such. Additionally, the construction of the Apostolic City will bring costs of the construction materials, for this too we call for aid, with the hopes that many good Canonists will be willing to donate funds for such a great project. Indeed, every coin counts, and if many of our faithful flock each make a small donation, we shall collect the required funds with ease. SECTION VII - ON THE APPOINTMENTS OF ARTORUSWith the recent passing of the good Archbishop of Artorus and the disappearance or death of the Bishop of Aquila, the Kingdom of Numendil and indeed the whole of Artorus is without spiritual leadership. As of yet, clear candidates for the filling of these vacated positions have not yet presented themselves to the Church. Since we do not wish to make rash decisions in making such appointments, we shall give the local clergy some time to prove themselves and show the commitment and adequacy required for the appointment to said positions. We have no doubt that, out of the various people we consider potential appointees, good candidates will present themselves.
