Preamble:

 

The contents of this passage shall serve as the written terms of protection for the Temple Mul’naar, a homage to Cathant and Ai-Zho culture and school of Enlightenment on behalf of Sakuragakure with the Primarch of Nor-Velyth’s blessings. All parties participating within this pact declare adherence to its terms under oath of blood, honor and soul to our ancestors.

• The Shugo of Sakuragakure declares his unwavering support for the protection of the Temple Mul’naar - cultural site to the Li-ren of Cathant. Those who would seek to defile our trespass upon this temple that would upset its integrity and independence will make an enemy of Sakuragakure.
   
• The Temple Mul’naar will gift the people of Sakuragakure a healthy sapling from their tree that will be grown in a temple to be built in Sakuragakure.

 

• The Shugo of Sakuragakure agrees to lift the banishment on the Li-ren of Cathant from Sakuragakure.
