Rigorous 1548 Share Posted March 19 Dissolution of the Okar'tennalar THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FI'HILEIA ENACTED BY THE CROWN OF AMATHINE 12 Amber Cold SA 172 PAR’INDOR (Preamble) As part of our path of renewal, it is necessary to bring administrative consistency to our beloved realm, through the implementation of a more efficient guard force and system of law enforcement with the corresponding objectives of both promoting the security of the Realm and enforcing the laws of the Crown of Amathine. In the pursuit of Fi'Hileia (Common: New Peace), we have entrusted numerous councilors to the position of Lord Commander; but each has not reliably re-established the army - it is to no fault of their own, the truth is the militancy of prior Elven states is not possible for a peace-loving people. Our borders go on unchallenged, the Mali of our world believe in peace, order, and justice. It is for this reason that I, Sul Amirsan aen Sov, Medin’sair of Amathine, pursuant to powers held in trust to the Crown of Amathine by Indorii I of the Edict of Aianear of 166, proclaim the following decree, to be enacted with immediate effect across the realm. INDORII’OEM (Article I). On the establishment of Fi'Hileia The New Peace entails the following actionable steps. - The Crown of Amathine shall dissolve its military the Okar'tennalar in the pursuit of ensuring long-lasting peace, and it shall be replaced by a guard force instead called the Iyu'ihnsil (Silent Spears). - Tilru'sil (Common: Serving Blades) shall be codified. The Talonii of Sylvaeri and aen Sov shall be granted the ability to hold their own standing house guard forces for the protection of their respective seats in Aianëar and Tahn'larueth. - The House Sylvaeri shall be protected by the Aratir, a group of Elven Knights in service to the High Princess Idril Sylvaeri, and destined to defend her inheritors as well. Aurelion Vulnirith is tasked to be the leader of the Aratir. - The House aen Sov shall be defended by the Aethahern (Common: Aether's Blessing). A guard force responsible for defending Tahn'larueth and enforcing the laws of the Crown of Amathine within its boundaries. The Aethahern shall be spearheaded by Meruasul aen Sov. INDORII’NIUT (Article II). The formation of the Iyu'ihnsil The Iyu'ihnsil shall be a temporary military organization established to guard the capital city of Aianëar from bandits and to enforce the Crown of Amathine's laws. Captain Iason shall be appointed the Annilir (Director) of the Iyu'ihnsil, and he shall be tasked with recruiting active guardsmen, performing gate duty, and imposing the verdicts of the Ahrilnir and their subsidiary judges.
