Let it be known throughout the realm of Celia'nor and to all who dwell within its borders that by the decree of Aleran Cerusil, the ties of marriage between himself and Nefeli Py'lrie are hereby severed.

 

While not a decision taken lightly by either party, it was proclaimed by the Cerusil that, of his own volition, this separation is enacted, absolving both parties from the bonds of wedlock.

Let no soul question nor challenge this decision, for it is made with clear intent and without undue influence. May both Aleran Cerusil and Nefeli Py'lrie find solace and freedom in the paths they now tread apart.
