With the conclusion of the previous monarchy, we are embarking on a new era under the esteemed leadership of the consort, Queen Juliya of Reinmar. Her Royal Majesty has announced the formation of a new court, aimed at fostering a period of renewed prosperity and enlightenment. This court will serve as a center for the buzzing of Haeseni culture, setting the foundation for the future growth and success of our realm. 

 

It is of the idea that this new court will bring a beacon of light and hope, where perhaps it once was lost with the devastating passing of the late Queen Nataliya I.

 

It is now presented; Ve Nadziesk Kort - The Hope Court.

QUEEN’S COUNCIL

 

Queen-consort of Hanseti Ruska

Juliya of Reinmar

 

The Queen-consort, or the Koenas-consort, of Hanseti Ruska is the second overseer of the monarchy. Her role is rather vague but not close to unimportant, as she oversees everything that the King himself cannot and anything else he might delegate to his partnered monarch.

Grand Lady | Lord

Her Excellency, Deia

 

The Grand Lady or Lord is the second most prestigious position within the courts, so much so that the position itself sits upon the Aulic Council. They are tasked with assisting the King and Queen in running not only their courts, but managing the noble houses as a whole. In summary, this role is the right hand to all matters related to the Queen and King within the jurisdiction of courtly matters.

Deputy Grand Lady | Lord

Lady Svetlana Colborn-Ruthern

 

The Deputy Grand Lady holds a pivotal role as the right-hand to the Grand Lady or Lord, second only to the sovereigns within the court hierarchy. While they are not a member of the Aulic council, they assist in managing court affairs and overseeing noble houses, supporting the Grand Lady or Lord in executing decisions and maintaining the smooth operation of royal matters. Their responsibilities encompass crucial administrative and diplomatic duties, ensuring effective governance and the seamless functioning of the court.

Chamberlain

The Right Honourable, Osgod Colborn, Count of Malkovya

 

The Chamberlain oversees the day-to-day operations of the palace, ensuring the smooth functioning of servantry, kitchens, and the well-being of any wards residing within its walls. They manage household staff, maintain order within the Kastell, and ensure that all domestic affairs are handled efficiently. Additionally, they assist in the planning and execution of events held by the Crown.

The Secretary of the Koenas-consort oversees a variety of administrative tasks, including taking detailed notes during meetings, drafting correspondence, and helping with other writing-related duties. They ensure that all documents are accurately recorded and organized.

QUEEN’S COURT

 

Master | Mistress of Ceremonies 

The Master or Mistress of Ceremonies is responsible for organizing and overseeing royal events, ceremonies, and public functions underneath the Chamberlain. They ensure these events run smoothly, coordinating with other officials and managing protocol to uphold the dignity and traditions of the royal court.

 

Master | Mistress of  the House

The Master or Mistress of the House is responsible for managing domestic matters, they ensure the smooth running of household logistics and the well-being of its occupants. From handling keys to maintaining security protocols, they safeguard the integrity and privacy of the palace.

 

Cultural Arts Advisor  

The Cultural Affairs Advisor offers guidance on matters related to the arts, traditions, and cultural heritage of the kingdom. They work to promote cultural initiatives, advise on the preservation of historical sites, and support the development of the kingdom's cultural identity.

 

Master | Mistress of Hunt

The Master of Mistress of the Hunt stems from a member of the BSK who is charged specifically with noble expeditions. They are noted to be well known in Haeseni lands, and often will guide the Royal house and their guests in hunts for game. 

 

Keeper of the Royal Menagerie 

They are entrusted with managing the royal menagerie, and this official oversees the care and exhibition of exotic animals kept for the monarchs' pleasure and prestige. They maintain enclosures, arrange public viewings, and capture rare beasts and fauna from foreign realms, showcasing the kingdom’s wealth. They work closely with the Master of the Hunt, who chronicles and hunts the diverse fauna of the kingdom.

 

Court Jester

The Court Jester is tasked with bringing merriment and intrigue to the day to day bore that court might harbor. It is their task to amuse the patrons of the Royal House and their guests during events and even daily activities. They are also occasionally used for psychological warfare. Jesters ride in front of their troops, provoke or mock the enemy, and even serve as messengers. They play an important part in raising their own army's spirits by singing songs and reciting stories. 

 

The Crow Warden 

The Crow Warden of Haense holds a sacred duty to protect the revered crows, emblematic of the esteemed Barbanov bloodline, from harm or persecution. Tasked with chronicling the diverse species of crows within the kingdom, the warden meticulously documents their behaviors and habitats, ensuring their preservation for generations to come. 

 

Court Historian 

The Court Historian entrusted with the task of enhancing and expanding the museum's and the library’s collections. This individual is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring significant cultural artifacts  that reflect the rich heritage and creative legacy of Haense and beyond. Their duties involve conducting research, visiting auctions and galleries, and liaising with artists, collectors, and other museums to secure pieces that fulfill the museum's cultural preservation and education mission. 

 

Royal Physician

The Royal Physician, though not responsible for the Kingdom's clinic, holds a vital role in maintaining the health of the royal family and palace staff. Tasked with overseeing their well-being, they provide medical care, advice, and ensure the maintenance of health standards within the palace. Their expertise and attentiveness contribute significantly to the welfare and longevity of those under their care.

Assistants of Ceremonies 

Assistants of Ceremonies will coordinate schedules, manage logistics to oversee protocol and etiquette, and assists the Master | Mistress of Ceremonies. 

 

Assistants of Cultural Arts Advisor 

Assistants of Cultural Arts Advisor will promote the fashion of the time, set the standards of arts, and enrich creative expression. 

 

Assistants of Court Historian

Assistants of Court Archivers will organize and catalog case files, transcripts, and other pertinent materials, ensuring accessibility and compliance with archival standards.
