[✗] [Amendment] Nephilim Creation

This amendment pretains to the 'Enkindling' section of the Nephilim CA lore.

 

OLD

Only 3 Nephilim CAs can be made every 3 months by a single individual with the Rite of Transference, with a slot refreshing 3 months after the last was made. 

 

NEW

Only 5 Nephilim CAs can be made every 12 months by a single individual with the Rite of Transference, with a slot refreshing 12 months after the last was made.

A Nephilim who knows the Rite of Transference may only teach it to a single (1) Nephilim every 12 months.

A Nephilim must know the Rite of Transference for at least 3 months before they are able to teach it to another Nephilim.

A Nephilim must have had the CA for at least 6 months before they can be taught the Rite of Transference.

 

Reasoning

The Nephilim CA is inherently long-lasting (often played as undying completely), and thus the consideration to give out the CA should incur a heavy cooldown as to deter low-quality roleplay. Specific numbers may be adjusted slightly by ST. 

 

This change does not lengthen the learning process itself.
