In the past wartime years much strain has been put on the Chambery treasury with our expenses in our raised levies, city security and continuing defensive constructions. In Addition much of our budget and manpower has been spend on building multitude of new Homes for all the new citizens that have joined us in recent years, these and other budgetary constraints have unfortunately caused issues in other area´s. One in particular is the cave system in Chambery which has, not by our fault, been neglected in the past years and new dark and dangerous things have started to fester down in the depths of the caves....

Bourgmestre Decree

1.The Chambery caves are now officially marked as dangerous, signs and warnings will be added at all entrances informing about the Peril that lurks below. Citizen and Visitors going into the caves will do so at their own risk, the city will not be held liable or accountable to any accidents and injuries happening in the caves until they have been properly cleansed.

2. Due to ongoing war and the aforementioned tied budget and manpower the City calls upon its Citizens and private individuals to help cleanse the caves of the darkness that lurks within them. Armed groups will be formed whenever possible to venture down together to Cleanse and find the source of the issue to properly destroy it once and for all.
