BJOR MILKER’S ACT

Just and merciful terms were offered to Dralvon, Velkon and now Ragram. They were to accept the terms of the high court and Grand King and accept the banishment of Alaric Grimgold who attempted to cause a rebellion inside Urguan and has referred to the Grand King as a holder of heretical beliefs. This has been refused by the Dralvon rule. The relationship between the crown and the Dralvon rule has been utterly tarnished and destroyed. The inexperience of such a leader and his council of arrogant and brathmordakin-hating followers has been made very clear. Dralvon and his followers have been dangerously misled by the traitor Alaric Grimgold who has painted the most vile picture of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and Ulfar. They see Urguan not as brothers, but as monsters. They fear in panic at shadows on the wall as the tongue-twister Alaric Grimgold pours deception and fear into their ears, whilst, in his own words,  trying to funnel “people who oppose the capital into Hefrumm” .

Under the constitution of Hefrumm, the High Courts of Urguan  superpass the authority of the High Chief. The banishment of Alaric Grimgold was perfectly legal in the articles of Urguan, but this was rejected by Dralvon and his followers. The constitution of Hefrumm permits individuals and non-forest dwarf clans to build in Hefrumm, however a community as large as the Halflings does not fall under such categories. Dralvon and his followers did not even notify the Crown that a community as large as the halflings was moving into their land, and falsely tricked the Halflings into believing that they were communicating with the Dwarven government itself. The halflings are fortunately in talks with the Crown, and we look forward to welcoming them into our kingdom.

The Dralvon-regime does not seem to like Urguan. It does not want to negotiate with Urguan, it does not want to cooperate with Urguan and it does not want to compromise with Urguan. Once again, the court offered them just terms and full pardons if they accepted the conditions of the court, banished the traitor Alaric and allowed Urguan to negotiate with the Halflings. They have thus called these demands ‘unjust,’ and refuse to abide by terms as soft as these presented. Therefore, since the Dralvon-regime has no interest in dealing with us, the crown of Urguan has no interest in dealing with them. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan is our ancestral home, and through refusal to cooperate with Urguan, Dralvon and his cronies are defiling the works of multiple generations of Dwarves from all Clans.

Refusal to accept the demands of the court has resulted in the full penalty of their attempted rebellion being forced upon them.

  • The Dralvon sub region will thus be fully evicted, and Dralvon Blackroot, Ragram Emberhall and Velkon Grigarhergomazk are hereby banished from the The Grand Kingdom of Urguan and its territories.
  • All those who live within the Dralvon sub-region will keep their homes and citizenship of Hefrumm and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. We seek not the dissolution of Hefrumm or the punishment of those trapped under Dralvon’s folly, merely the removal of these three individuals presented above.

Preservation of Hefrumm

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will not deal with any entity that Dralvon, Velkon and Ragram rule over, however, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan wishes to preserve Hefrumm and the full land will be transferred back when a more suitable High Chief has ascended to the role. The current region that is being evicted will be viewed as the Dralvon sub-region, with the land of Hefrumm and its title still in existence. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan wishes to return to a normal relationship with Hefrumm. May a more capable, reason-minded and reliable High-Chief rise to the challenge to repair the damage of Dralvon and his cronies misrule.

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan wishes to engage with a sound-minded, honest High Chief who respects and understands the teachings of Bjor and the necessity of cooperation with the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, not as schemers, but as BROTHERS to all Dwarves.

Ottar the Clanless would ready his arms and armament. He prayed to Anabella. He prayed so that he might be given the thoughts of mercy when it came to his foes on the battlefield. For to Urguan's enemies, domestic and abroad, he'd afford none.
