(Open) Looking people for Guerilla warfare group

Greetings

I'm planning to make Guerilla warfare group to server whose main goal is to get revenge for orcs because constant wars on the realms. However, i only have made barebones of the faction, and i'm going to add more if people are actually interested. Plus Leader has not been made just yet, i lack slots for that, though some of my characters will PK inside of several months. Any character is possible, as long he/she meets these requirements:

-She/he is mature enough(Child soldiers are alright too, though they should be rarity)
-She/he has some form of combat experience.
-She/he is not Dark spawn
