I had my character approved a few months back, a human female named Thalis Thornfield hailing from Lurin and following the Eshtael religion. She was the youngest in her family and following her father's death she took her small inheritance to travel the lands and become a travelling trader. (I'm aware  lurin doesn't exist anymore, but not very aware of the lore)

Unfortunately, soon afterwands I quit minecraft due to burn out and I'm now ready to get back in. I'm looking for a group to help me get into roleplaying on the server, guide me through the proccess and provide rping opoturnities. I'm available to play on Wendays and Thurdays.

As an Eshtaelite your character will likely face some raises eyebrows whereever she goes.

Generally I'd suspect Norland and Koyo-Kuni would be most welcoming.

Something I'd advice you: As a neutral character you can currently just easily travel around, and simply have her befriend other characters. Finding a group in RP is far more fullfilling, for me at least.

With /realm activity you can see what places are active!

Thank you, this is very helpful! I've been traveling around the server but since this is my first character (and time roleplaying) I'm lost as to what to do. I'll go check out Norland and Koyo-Kuni.

In terms of the Eshtael religion, could you give me some context? Cause it sound like some interesting rping oportunity.

Hi. You can join us in Norland if you would like to. Or if you would like to learn the server as you go along with accurate roleplay. We have several child personas to play from, an off-script adventure involving the tarotmancy palm readers, where a group of children were rescued from a cultist church. Automatically, you would already have people looking out for you and helping you learn the server /cultures as your persona grows into an adult.

You can play in Norland without having a child persona. And bring your halfling. But the opportunity is there. Either way, I will link the Discord
https://discord.gg/DBg96ux2

This is the link to if you accepted a new persona slot, the lore of your new persona

Well, If you want to, Hyspia’s a good option, there are lots of people, roleplay opportunities and even some families who’re looking for players, mine included. It’s a Hispanic based nation though we speak primarily English so im pretty sure it wont be a problem!

I'm a bit in the dark regarding exactly what happent with Lurin and the Eshtael religion but I like the idea of being a bit of a refugee who lost her family and is trying to secretly continue worshiping her god while trying to rebuild her life in a safe space. Having said that, if rp takes me to like a secret Eshtaelian order or something of the sort I woundn't mind XD. I think my chara would dislike anything that has to do with the church of the canon as she would view then as responsible for the fall of Lurin (that;s what I've gathered from what I've seen at least). I'm honestly open to anything.

I've visited hyspia and found it to be lovely, i would love to maybe start there as a refugee, my character is 18 so not sure if anyone would be able to adopt her, but maybe I could tweak the age to be younger for rp's shake

I'm online now and heading towards Norland, I'm not sure if I want to settle there but would love a tour if anyone is available

My recommendations based on this are the following:

1. Any neutral land which, at this time, appears to only be the Vale.

2. You have a solid reason for avoiding the lands of the Church, but also keep in mind that on both sides of the current war are the following Canonist nations: Haense, Pontifical States, Reinmar, Ravenmire, Hyspia, Petra, Numendil, & Balian. To be completely neutral to this, there may be certain Canonist nations that may have become more liberal in view of other religions but I'm going to avoid trying to identify them.

3. You can join a Kingdom/Nation that is non-Canonist but is still engaged in the war. These include: Norland, Urguan, Krugistan, Celia'nor, Hae'lunor, Caurost, & Koyo-Kuni.
