Virtually every resource goes for 1 mina.

 

Only signed ST items and books are worth anything.

 

The supply of resources growing much faster than the supply of mina -> prices continually lower until they can lower no more. This happens every map within a couple months now.

When is it expected for Realm and Lair apps to open on the new map, since they are closed for the rest of this map? If a group establishes itself on this map, but cannot get a realm because they are closed currently, would they be allowed to apply for a realm immediately on next map, or is there going to be a long period of wait before they reopen?
