The great halls of Kal’Kladian do not merely echo, they resound as if the stone itself remembers the clash of steel upon steel. Or so it was rumored.

Beyond the gates of the city blazes a forge, a dwedmarrum sanctum where two of Gotrek’s bloodline labor tirelessly. Upon their anvil rests no ordinary metal, but the legendary Carbarum, and as their hammer blows are not guided by chance or craze alone, but by a vision, a sacred calling etched into their minds in the depth of slumber.

In that dream, they stood where light fears to tread, a cavern so vast, it rivaled the void between stars. Only the forge's glow kept the dark at bay. Then, as if the Brathmordakin themselves had broken through the stone, the cavern ceiling split, and Yemekar’s brilliant silver radiance poured forth, cascading over the anvil like divine revelation. A sapphire blaze danced upon their ashen skin: Carbarum Teeth, a purpose given form.

When they awoke, it was not as craftsmen. It was as architects of fate.

Driven by a purpose older than memory, Ulfar and Pixtus brought the dream into form. And when the final strike rang out and the shape was complete, the two turned in unison, faces aglow with a satisfaction so rich, so absolute, it could bankrupt kingdoms.

It was not merely a grin.
It was the most expensive smile ever committed to history.

 

And thus, the Era of Brilliant Smiles had begun, and a new quest discovered:

Find the Carbarum Toothpick
