Sat above the clouds

Looming gaze of that owl

Sight beyond our eyes

 

“The Crow”

 

Oh, divine being

Black wings above the world’s gaze

Fate in his strange palms

 

“Brothers”

 

The crow, the owl

Wings which soar above the rest

The strange, yet divine

 

“Of war”

 

Bloodshed is soon near

Heavenly clouds stained dark red

To your call, swords draw

Divine beings speak in tongues

Tell me, what is it you see?

Yet as she wrote, and his eyes settled amidst the paper she scribbled upon did a slow smile settle unto his face.
