THE GRAND MOOT

The Druidic Order

A summons to druidkind.

Those of you still present, in whispering range of any of our kin know why we call for you. We have many things to discuss. We must convene to once more take a close look at our tenets, the oaths we swear to one another - the things that bind us, and the things that are currently breaking us.

Sister Fawn has offered the place she tends as somewhere for us to once more find common ground with one another. A resting place for our collective fallen, where the memories of those who came before hang in the air. May they remind us what we have fought for, what we continue to fight - and how we will move forwards, together.

The circled and circless, any creed, anywhere - come. Brothers, sisters, siblings, servants of the Aspects.

Magnolia.

Fox.

Wicker.

Riptide.

Ehiba, the pink witch, the oathbreaker, the betrayed. Many names gathered around her with each passing day, even without her lifting a finger to earn them. They clung to her as she dwelled in her homeland, restless and troubled. She had heard of the coming moot, though her hope for it was shallow at best. Her hands tugged harshly at the sleeves of her kimono, clawed fingers digging into her pale skin in simmering frustration.

She believed her brothers and sisters would betray her as well, fully, undeniably, with the Druid order as a whole lending their support. She had warned them all... she had told them not to trust so blindly certain individuals, and that their true allies would reveal themselves in the previous days. And yet, none had listened. If only she knew...

"Why does it even matter... what can they really do?"

"My triumvirate. Why must this be so? My Kami... will they heed the truth? Will they fight back or linger still, to let all walk upon their heads?"

The Ember sighed as she folded the missive gently in her hands.

That it had to come to this, she thought to herself.

A night was dedicated to prayer by The Springmother's shrine, wishing upon clarity, peace and unison for what there was to come. The prayer left little to no trust for Liriana as she made her way back home in Illivira.

The Wyld Witch smiled up into the golden sun that hung above her and the tree she was tending to "Mother-Maiden, provide this blessed tree thine strength and aid me in nurturing it to health. May its leaves flourish and its roots find sustenance" The Witch rested on her knees within a silent tranquillity, soon rising to her feet, accompanied by a shallow sigh, as her pilgrimage began onwards towards the happenings of the Grand Moot.

A very old and obese rattlesnake eats one of the missives. His stance on this matter is unclear, much like his digestive tract, which is full of paper.

The Fox dragged her offering up to the statute, its great antlers framing the setting sun. Carefully did she paint herself with it's blood, still warm from the fresh kill. Her head was bowed in prayer, pleading to be bestowed with the Stag's grace for these times to come.

Both his compassion, and his justice.
