This means that all forms of Inferi are ineligible to practice Golemancy, alongside any CA or individual who lacks a Greater Soul. REASON: I mean, come on, inferi aren't lesser souls.( afaık let me know ıf ıam mistaken) They can do all sorts of things like voidal magic and blood magic, so really, lorewise, it doesn't make much sense to avoid golemancy from them, does it? This is the first time I'm sharing a lore piece, so I'm not even sure if I'm doing it right. Please forgive any mistakes and let me know. Anyhow, I think it is unnecessary to change this, because the Inferi already have enough to do to not also need golemancy. This feels like a change that you want to make because you want to learn it. Tbf thats entirely an ooc mechanical restriction for balancing purposes(That dont really make sense to begin with) with a hamfisted and forced rp reasoning that comes secondary to that.
