Kepha scratches at his head as the parchment is passed over to him, "I do not think this es an essue with Petrans, Ima..." He just slowly shakes his head, unsure what to think about this. Like. Ser Merle Altwegg-Winburgh stared at the missive given to him by his wife, and while she laughed, his expression was anything but amused. Pure disgust spreads across his very being and soul.
