THE DISSOLUTION OF THE HORDE

✠ HEED, LEAL SONS OF HOREN;

 

On the 8th of the Sun's Smile, 646 AA (277 S.A) , the surrender of the Horde of Many Tribes has been ratified, with the terms considered below. 

 

✠ ARTICLE I | Dissolution

The Horde of Many Tribes will be dissolved as a sovereign realm, and will cease to exist as a nation. It will no longer be considered a political entity within the continent of Azuras, and will be removed from any map or charter that recognises it as such. All vassals of the Horde will henceforth be dissolved.

 

The title of Rex will be dissolved and will be held by no uruk. Any other political title hosted by the urukim will be dissolved.

 

✠ ARTICLE II | Departure

The Horde of Many Tribes will depart all of their current existing lands. They will be granted one saint’s week to move all existing items and objects from their capital city, which will then be left to be turned into ruins. All vassals of the Horde, now dissolved, will be given one saint's week to move.

 

All land left vacant will be considered ownership of the Empire and can never be resettled by the orcs. 

 

✠ ARTICLE III | Re-emergence

The Horde of Many Tribes will make no attempts to re-emerge as a sovereign entity, and any uruk that attempts to create a nation or settlement, which includes: a large village or city for the orcish-populace must first gain approval from the Emperor. 

 

An attempt to create a new orcish settlement without express approval will be deemed a breach of these conditions. 

 

✠ ARTICLE IV | Integration

The Urukim will make no attempts to, in the future (should article 3 apply) integrate human vassals into their settlement. 

 

An attempt to integrate humans within orcs will be considered a breach of these conditions.

 

✠ ARTICLE V | Stability

The Urukim will be allowed to construct yurts or tents on the roadside in order to live or sleep within. Should any realm hold no law against the urukim, they are allowed to facilitate or purchase property in those realms. The urukim can only settle tents either: in the wilderness, or in places where the owner of said realm has provided express approval.

 

Tents and yurts can not be used to house a make-shift city or village, as this would require acceptance as per article 3. 

 

✠ ARTICLE VI | Pardon

The Urukim will be officially pardoned for their crimes within the war, and will no longer be considered kill on sight unlike their dwarven forebears. The Urukim will be granted a level of protection from persecution due to the reasons of this war, but the actions of the urukim individually must be accounted for themselves. Urukim will not be barred from entering realms or nations unless their laws explicitly deem it so. Any realm that infringe on urukim rights must choose peaceful means before violence.

 

The Urukim may enter the imperial city for the purposes of trade, but cannot purchase a property within the city. The Urukim will hold the same class as those of the elves, but may never employ or partake in any imperial institution. 

 

Any urukim considered affiliated with any bandit or renegade groups, such as Salvo or otherwise exist, they shall be killed on sight.

 

With this notice, the Horde is hereby considered dissolved.

 

Azuras is conquered.
