Known in-game as the "chill" Steward of Winterfell, Robin is also quite popular on the forums due to his enormous thread of LOTC Memes. As well, Robin has hosted several IC and OOC events, not the least of which being DerpFest. He is easily identifiable in-game and in real life by his fabulous beard, rivaling that of High Prince Native. Congratulations, Robin! Petyr: How are you? Is your beard staying healthy? Robin: I'm doing pretty good, recovered swiftly from a cold thanks to my facial friend *strokes beard* Freya: When did you and your facial adornments arrive in Aegis? Robin: We arrived on the 18th of July, seems like such a long time ago now, so much has changed. Petyr: Your first impressions of the server overall? Robin: Well at first I was confused and lost (it was the first proper online server I had played on you see) Though as I made my way along Kings road I became immersed in the world. I will never forget that feeling. Freya: What are your opinions of the server now? Are you satisfied by the amount of facial hair in Aegis?? Robin: It is so full of life I have met so may good friends since I began. The server right now is so enjoyable to play, I am so glad I have been here so long so see how it has grown, just like my beard. Speaking of beards, i am pleased that there are so many beards in Aegis, perhaps once I become King of Aegis i will put a beard on every man, woman and child! Petyr: Do you like how the world has evolved? Robin: Like is too tame a superlative. Beautiful forests have been grown, cities have fallen and raised again. Not only has the world evolved, the people, the lore everything has evolved, it is truly wonderful to see how it has changed and how much potential it has for the future. Freya: Tell us a little something about your bea.. I mean, your character: Robin: Well just recently Robin Drake was made Baron and Steward of Winterfell due to his long service to such a remote town so you usually see him up there or in Alkhazar. Robin is not one prone to fighting, he likes to try and talk things out, If he draws his sword before you he has good reason to. In his homes he has a Sign saying "Honor and Loyalty" which is what he lives by, he is loyal to his town, to his Lord and Lady and he always talks to people respectably, perhaps it is his noble blood which has him act in such away. Petyr: What does Robin Drake typically do in-game? Robin: Usually I am at Winterfell keeping my eye on things in the town and rebuilding it, though sometimes being incharge of the town can be tedious I rather enjoy it. Robin is also usually helpful to anyone who needs it though this has seen him get robbed a few times, also if you are really perceptive you will know that Robin: *sighs* *scratches his beard* and *raises his eyebrow* quite alot. Besides that he doesn't do too much, he has no business' to run, no flocks to tend to, no lady to wed. Rather laid back, just like me IRL. Freya: How long are you usually on per day? Robin: TOO LONG. Well because of my body now running on US time I am in a bit of a pickle with times but on average I will spend 6 hours in game (if i have uni that day) and maybe 7 or 8 hours on the forums. Also I am on Teamspeak from Dusk till Dawn (I don't mean the players) .I would tell you how long i am on during weekends but your opinion on how social I am may flatline. Petyr: If you were a developer, what would you do to improve Aegis? Robin: A new race called: Beards. I kid. I would like for ruined towns, all with their own lore, available from bookshelves in some buildings not only that but I think having more protected area's such as the Wildewyn Woods would be awesome. Finally all towns not authorised by the nations leader to be removed. Individual homes in clusters of 1-3 is ok if they are small, but colossal cobble fortresses is a big, big "no-no" in my book. Freya: Where do you find inspiration for your myriad of memes? Robin: Mostly through my experiences in-game, over teamspeak or even something I see on the forums. It makes me smile when people say ((meme master!)) in local chat, if it makes them laugh with what I am doing then I am sure I have done a good job. Petyr: Tell us a bit about your beard - What gender is it? Does it have a name? Robin: Oh ~ well where do I start, he is called Mylas ...huh what? oh my beard wants to speak. Robin's Beard: I hear I'm famous? Well Robin looks after me well its not surprising every one adores me. I also hear that I may be meeting new friends because it is No Shave November, I look forward to meeting you all. Freya: One last comment - Derp!
