While I have been told by a few people that I should start a G.M app, I believe there are way too many ban reports against my name...guess there isnt a way to cleanse, at it seems it affects everyone, I have been a forum Administrator for 2 years now, and moderated a Minecraft RP server, whose owner went..."Mad" and shutted it down, I believe it had to do with a scam, something along those lines with the Server Hosting site...

I'd Try, but You would...problably, look at me as a trouble maker, I must say I had my moments of trouble, but I do want to state that I have not comitted any flaw in my rp, ask anyone who roleplayed with Merrigan...

Coming back to the subject again, Am I wrong with my statements? Is there anyway to prove you and the People that form this community that I have completely turned my rp, that I'm not a trouble maker, and that I am responsible and comprehensive, and do follow the rules? please tell me if there's anyway.

Answering your questions, altough I noticed they are "To Think" questions, Ill answer 'em anyhow.

- Do you have the time to dedicate?

I'd Say my time in LOTC and forums cover most of my time [around 5-9 hours per day], I'm dedicate to it.

- Are you active on the forums?

Umm, Well, It depends, I'm usually on Roleplay forum and Graphics forum, or just wandering ban reports, usually just looking at daily issues and problably looking at G.M's verdict.

- Do you have a high tolerance and patience level?

Yes, As told above, I was an administrator of a forum, more especifically, a game creating tool forum, I had a few troubles, but all in all, I believe Tolerance and patience are...key to be respected, as most know this "Clichè" Quote.

"You dont make yourself respected, you earn/win respect Trough your attitude." [Along these lines]

- Are you confident enough to make non biased decisions?

Again, Confidence is also a key factor to be respected, A G.M is an authority, and so, it must have some level of selfconfidence, and confidence in others. [this doesnt mean that a G.M is a maximun authority, Because over them there is Robin's beard]

Oh man, Im far from ready to become a GM. I really need to start getting to know people and getting much more active with the community then I currently am before I can even think about undergoing such a task. Albeit knowing people and becoming "down tight" with them doesnt technically help you become a GM, it does help you get involved with other people, and in turn, the community. A chain reaction of sorts.

(that, and Id look rather rushed to get to a point of power by applying when Ive been here for less then a month. That might not be the case, but thats how I feel about the matter.)

I have read lots of your posts on the forum and think you have what it takes to be a GM, as soon as you feel ready for it.

If you'll allow my wondering, there's plenty of potential GMs lining up in the respective forum, most of them have had applications for a long time and, to me, seem like good choices. On SerenityOnyx at least, you seem to agree.

So why are you in need of more people putting in apps? Does the majority of current applicants simply not fit the bill? Are they okay, but would you rather have a bigger set to select from so you're sure? Are there specific people that didn't apply that you have your eye on?

To my untrained eye, this topic looks so redundant. There are plenty of potential GMs for you to select, and isn't their motivation enough to set them apart already? Surely there's not that much scarcity of quality GM meat?

You can leave this unaddressed. I'm wondering though.

You would need to prove to me your dedication and good judgement base. We can talk more about this matter when you feel ready to make a gm app. Talk to me first perhaps I can give you some tasks and see how well you handle them and from there we can begin a cleansing process.

I appreciate the thought, but I stand by my statement. I personally dont feel ready for it. Im simply not familiar enough with the land, nor how it operates. Id make too much a burden on people, because I dont know how they would progress in their normal lives on the server. If I were to take that up now, I would either be interactive with the people too much or too little. And until I feel that I can amend that statement with full confidence in myself, I wont make a GM application.

A majority of the current applications do not fill my quota at the moment. But that's not to say im ruling them out. They could read them and then be inspired to kick into overdrive and start fixing what I have stated in previous posts.

Ha, ha, ha, so don't wanna be a GM. I already have VAs to deal with, with a large white-listing application rate will come a much higher rate of VAs...our team has already been dealt some blows.
