The Village of Volvokrem

A Dark, Damned courner of Aegis, once a beautiful landscape, Now a haven for dark forces alike. sheltered from the sunlight by the surrounding forests. Allows its occupents to plot, and scheme to there hearts content.

A brief history of the Village

Sabet, the 12th of Malins Welcome 1295; Six settlers founded a hamlet to which created a safe haven for Dark Elves, In turn they called Volvokrem. This hamlet soon became a village, and then a town, expanding quickly within a short amount of time. Two of these six men, had not lived to see this town expand. The remaining four men, and women; Shadkeldua, Aerion, Arys, and Lordo formed a council, to which saw all Dark elves as equals. For many years the council ruled.

Modern History

Growing ever currupt the council began to fight one another for control over the town. Each one slowerly killing of another, until one Aerion was left. He; the most evil and villainess of the original six turned the town into another way to make profit. Many more years after the town is now a thriving community for villains, murderers and theives alike.

Was it the People whom led to the towns downfall.. or was there something more deep, within the land that currupted these people? We fear we may never know; but for now, we will have to hope... Hope will be our strongest weapon against these people who defile a once beautiful town.

Why are you/your character starting this village? What role will it play?

Aerion and Marilyn_Six are creating this town so they can give other other dark elves an opportunity to enjoy themselves and to get together to talk and to meet. We are going to let dark guilds in(Our characters supports them) to live there and hang out such as The Dark brotherhood, The Black Hand and The Thieves Guild.

However this town is going to be set in the south of Ageis, in the dark forests, just behind the Elven Kingdom where we will have the silence to relax and even have privacy as well to plan assassinations for the Dark Brotherhood and the Black Hand. And the Thieves Guild can plan raids and robberies.

If this town get enough citizens, we have decided to upgrade it to a nation/kingdom.

But, in the meantime, support and have fun!

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

We are going to have a council which is going to be ran by Aerion with some branches such as:

*Mayor(Aerion_Halblood)

*Co-mayor(Marilyn_Six)

*Architect(Yet to decide)

*Marshal(Yet to decide)

*Machiavellian(Yet to decide)

Were also going to have an army including guards, scouts and warriors, which we going to have a barracks for them to sleep and train also if its possible(if get GM permission)we might have an obsidian fortress, for our city hall.(Good for attacks)

We are going to have a high council, with 5 members so they can run the town and then they can solve any particular problem.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

We share the concerns and views of Malinor, but any and all villainous people are welcome to come, but any Followers of Aeriel are shunned. The nations of Oren, Alras, Hansetti, Kal’Ugruan, and Krugmar are all welcome to visit and reside in the city of Volvokrem, but there is a large underground society of villainous activities.

There is only going to be twenty slots so, if you like to live here, sign up now(If you support to, you have a better chance of getting what you wished.)and we’ll get right with you. And this is a neutral town, so don't be thinking its just evil, well its neither.

Where would you prefer the village’s region be, and how large? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

We don’t yet want a location because its for the new map 2.0,

but we would prefer it somewhere near the Elves, maybe south from there kingdom and

we would like a 60x60 plot, maybe? Also, we are thinking of building it near a lake or a ocean so we can enjoy the view of the crashing waves.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

We are looking for an architect to build tree houses and natural Elven building, such as:

*Inns

*Stalls

*Shops

And ect.

We are yet looking for miners to dig a whole underground sanctuary, mainly for villainous activities for the Dark Brotherhood, the Black hand and finally the Thieves Guild.

The guilds are happy to live above, be my guest.

The Elven tree houses are going to have leaves and a log design however the Elven buildings are going to be the same basically, with stone and stone-bricks though. Also, if we can, we are also going to have a big city hall/church to have meetings and to sit and pray to our lord Iblees/God. The whole town is going to be sheltered from sunlight, mainly in the trees and we are going to have tents, campfires and drinking parties!

Even tho I myself am not a Dark elf or evil charactor, I do think we need a pirated town, or such, you know, where its a haven for those evil, and so on. never know, it may bring some good rp, between our two charactors,
