What my colleages above said. We are very serious about creating High Elven lore, and someone as proactive as you will be most appreciated into the fold.

I know it means you won't be able to put through the lore you worked on, and it's a shame (The High Elven project has been here for a while now and the lore is pretty extensive already... you'll find there's little room for addition at this point). However, if you become an early adopter now you may find that you can still help with writing a beautiful future for the Mali'Aheral kin.

I believe this is a outdated charter, however it would need to have further lore and background if you were wishing to gain acceptance.
