Hello fellow Dwarves, as you may know i have recently tried and get every Dwarf involved within our Nation, government and getting their point across, i continue to do so by bringing you this post. This post is for you to post your thoughts, what you want changed what is irritating to you and basically anything you want removed, changed, added or just replaced. Please reply freely with your suggestions and ideas or something that will attract you more towards Kal'Urguan and the Dwarven nation in 2.0. [ Please remember this post is only for ideas that you may have or anything you may want added in 2.0 or anything you may think will improve Kal'Urguan. ] Also please refrain from posting same ideas as someone else has, as that only creates spam. Arbrek the Ancient 140 Share Posted January 8, 2012 So this is our own Support and Feedback? Alrighty then, first of all, I utterly despise our current defensive layout. You could just climb over the damned hills and walk straight into the completely undefended Inner City. We only have two gatehouse, which are almost never manned, and that's it! I fear that we would crumble swiftly if attacked in major force. I also think we should start doing a rolecall for Guild-Masters and Government Officials. CalinderTheSly 2 Share Posted January 8, 2012 i myself am not a dwarf, but i think a valid point would be that its hard to get everyone to work in server events. The problem being that its inviting abject metagaming when you announce on the site before hand, yet people will have no idea whats happening and completely miss it all. Thene there are the time zones, which when posted are only for, im guessing GMT, when a lot of people are in different zones, leading to delays and confusion. Grabthar 185 Share Posted January 8, 2012 Grabthar think that in new world... We should actually be able to eat the cake at spawn. Damnit Grabthar just died and paid 6000 minas... Grabthar should get some damn cake. Oh... and maybe on day 1 we should band together, raid the dark elves and kill em all. Kal'Urguan is empty for a few reasons, when he server began they spread out and created 5 towns off of the capital where almost everyone could get some high position in a town. One of these town became a nation taking away a large portion of our player base. The city has one form of entertainment, the arena and that is only used when an event is happening, but sadly the player who would run the event has gone inactive until the new map. The build team took many of the fail of Kal'Urguan in the new map and improved them. a more active capital does not just appear, if you are going to critisize Kal'Urguan at least offer some way that we can improved our activity. Flynn 31 Share Posted January 8, 2012 I agree with Arbrek, more defenses are needed. Also, I believe I found this somewhere, but forgot so I will bring it up again. The Dwarven nation should be "shy". Like, we mind our own business far away from the other races. We stay underground and just do our own thing, rare contact with them. But, we will still be ferocious in war. Flynn 31 Share Posted January 8, 2012 Possible answer- If you don't live in the capital, you will be under no circumstances protected by Dwarven military and guard forces, be treated like a foreigner when in Dwarven lands, and have basically no rights what so ever in our city.
