Just my 2cents, might be practical or not, just I personally would think itd be cool. At the end up the guys/girls who make the decisions to decide buuuut,

I think there needs to be a Bulletin Board of sorts for things that need to be done, in a location where where the public can see it. Whether or not volunteers are needed, things should be put out there so that all Dwarves know whats going on and can choose to help. Might help build some comradery within the Dwarves and might show which Dwarves are actually pulling their weight and trying to help out. Also what a post above said about having Role Calls for Guild-masters and high command positions would be good. Would keep Guilds active n what not.

My Ideas:

-Stop getting so involved in other nations. LEarn to turn the other cheack once in a while. Being a dwarf means your stubborn, not a jerk

-Create proper entrances and defenses. Our front gate is kinda small and the "gate" leading into the actually city is a bloody 2x2 door.

-More active dwarfs. I have made Alras my home due to no dwarfs ever really being active within the community of Kal'Urguan. Maybe if more dwarfs were there, I would be a moe active Dwarf within our c.ommunity

Better defenses... Check! More locations within city for events... Check! Dangerous environment to attract conversation among dwarves... Check! Extra chests for vast amounts of Ale... Check! Keep the ideas coming and I'll see what I can do on the build server. :)

We need to be more hnorable race like we should be. Hell I call every dwarf who isnt in a clan clan-less and those who arnt in our nation and are in Alras worse. Also if we have deep roads we can always have work cause they will need to be expanded every now and then and we can mine out a 50x50 plot on the side and board it up with stone so they will never know :P the deep roads could have mob spawning on so it would be dangerous to travel and small resting rooms every now and then so your not attacked all the time. I will be staying in our new capital all the time now and be doing my own things and my daughter will help lol.

Go Ironguts

Also I was wondering on if clan will be guild plots or will there be clan house areas that we will claim?

First off, Hiebe I find that very hurtfull as I have no way to join a clan for I am a leader of the Nawari trading camp and am unable to join a clan. Second does anyone remember the original Kal'Urguan because that is the way it should be not how it is now. Outer Kal'Urguan is horrendous for I believe we had non-dwarves working on it. Also I have come up with an amazing idea which is for dwarven eyes only, and only those who are master smiths.

These would be family clans, not like most guilds. You could be in these clans as well as lead your own organisation.

Also, I've been noticing lately that there's been an increasing amount of OOC talk and trolling going on. We need to limit this as much as possible, especially when people are around not in TS and are trying to RP. It makes us look like group of bad RP'ers as well as chasing away any new dwarves to other nations 'cause of our lack of RP for them.

Oh I also believe dwarves should not rob other dwarves as shown in this picture.2012-01-08_153023.png

I would have fought but he had a golden sword. Which is another thing to bring up, a dwarf using a sword?! Axes are the way to go.

1st, we are stubborn we aren't jerks unless they are Dwarves. My character especially is racist towards Orc's and will beat the hell out of one if he sees them.

Our defence is one of the BEST in Aegis, we have the best military and the best defence systems, if you have noticed outer isn't our main part it's inner Kal'Urguan which has never been reached by attacking forces as we make them stop in outer.

You have made your home in Kal'Alras, once a Dwarven town separated to become a nation. It was originally ours and if Alras didn't just leave and become a nation on its own we would have many people in Kal'Urguan. You are not contributing to the post or the nation but in-fact pointing out flaws not solutions. Also if you are so worried about people living in Kal'Urguan how can you criticise if your not even contributing to the cause of it.. if you cared so much you'd stay in Kal'Urguan and motivate other people to.

Use that against him, he let you live and tell the Kal'Urguan guards.

You can:

Identify him.

If you know his name you can tell us.

His appearance (skin, hair type, colour etc )

We can't limit our Dwarves to RP if they wish to rob other Dwarves they may do so as it is a moral decision of their character.

Yes thanks for the advice, you just saved Kal'Urguan... Kal'Urguan is empty for a few reasons, when he server began they spread out and created 5 towns off of the capital where almost everyone could get some high position in a town. One of these town became a nation taking away a large portion of our player base. The city has one form of entertainment, the arena and that is only used when an event is happening, but sadly the player who would run the event has gone inactive until the new map. The build team took many of the fail of Kal'Urguan in the new map and improved them. a more active capital does not just appear, if you are going to critisize Kal'Urguan at least offer some way that we can improved our activity.

+1 Warning for flaming. Don't want to see that again noob.

You are the leader of the Nawari Trading camp however in 2.0 you can make your merchants guild in Kal'Urguan, being travellling merchants and selling your goods that are easy for Dwarves to gain and rare for example Ore's you can sell them for a decent price and live in Kal'Urguan or settle somewhere outside it perhaps a guild house in Jornheim or maybe even a small camp located just outside Kal'Urguan whatever takes your fancy.
