Im sorry to say Like ever othere race there is very little lore. The only thing I can think of is the story of High Prince Native.

Well, I think it's safe to assume that all of elven lore/culture we have now is wood elf lore. With the new map both high elves and dark elves are getting new cultural identities so the elves we all know and love (Trees, druids, archery) will most likely become the wood elves. I do believe a GM mentioned once that Laurelin was a wood elven city - probably need citation on that.

Dark Elf (Mali'Ker, Aegisian Dark Elf) lore is still being worked out. There's probably more wood elf lore then dark elf lore currently. The big thing you see about the Native Dark Elves are for the Mori'Quessir. Might as well consider them almost a 5th race. Their lore is NOT the Aegisian Dark Elf lore, though they could be related (unsure as its not been created or shown yet).

This - however, while they are a seperate race so to speak they're still an alternative to the dark elves.

The only mentioning of Laurelin being a Wood Elf city is that Kelethin from EQ was the inspiration for Laurelin, and Kelethin was a wood elf city. But I don't believe that means it was a wood elf city.

The Old tree's in Laurelin were grown by druids, and then built upon by me, a woodelf

I will be writing up ancient woodelf lore soon, and talking to some other woodelves about it

Will you keep us posted? For the sake of consistency of future Elf lore.

My "Ancient lore" will merely be legend, but aye I will.
