Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?

This village is going to be the home of our group. We are a band of Mercenaries who will do...questionable acts for whomever hires them ((we all have villain apps)). This charter will act as the home/base for our group, holding area for prisoners, and possibly a market for any travelers.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?

I ((Battleme33)) am the leader, along with the two co-leaders Prince((coastercam0)) and Guraim((pugsy)). Everyone else will be under us, but equal to each other.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

We plan on being isolated, not getting into affairs of the other nations unless they hire us, however being that many of our group members are old, experienced, and well respected Dwarves we will be especially lenient towards them and plan on giving them discounts if they need our services. Now if someone were to walk by here showing any aggression or disrespect, we would most likely take them as a slave to be used for something or another, either work or ransom. However if respectful and knowledgeable people come by, we would have no quarrels and let them be on their way. Only if we are hired or ignorant people come by will we initiate doing harmful acts upon the victims.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map). x=-1080 z=260 Located in East Lakemere, we plan on using the mountain shown in the picture if available but I don't see why it wouldn't be, it's in the middle of nowhere =).

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

I was on the Dwarven build team and know that architecture so it will most likely be built in a manner such as that. If possible we plan on building into the mountain to add good natural protection as well as privacy. All races are welcome to try and join us but only cold hearted and loyal people will get let in.
