Jtringl Leads men to whom will attempt to capture An andromian city to which Already had claimed there loyalty to a future monarch, but fails to do anything with it.. Whilst the battle itself is for the betrayal of this city, Ser markus will be keeping peace, to make sure there is no deplomatic way around it.

Our statement to the Androniam Rebel Forces; Written by Steward Damien Dracaena of the Town of Azar.

The actions that Casimir Amaedius ((MC NAME: jtringl)) performed under the time he was in Azar were questionable, in Azar, he had a bad attitude, ordering around Claudius ((Our second in command)), Myself, and ((Lord_Renati, the ruler of Azar.)), not only did he do this, he demanded we pay him, when he declared his services were free, he criticized and demoralized the citizens of Azar, and did other unlawful actions.

Azar is a peaceful nation that is currently neutral. We do not wish to partake in any war, and we do not deserve this because; Our city has been recently constructed, and the fact that we did not pay wages was not our fault as our city was being set up, it is not automatically assumed that we possess money. Casimir was hired out of free will, as he stated his services were FREE. We most graciously request that you withdraw your declaration of war, or we shall determine the appropriate action to this situation.

This proposal does not a significant enough reason to support itself.

Our town was recently constructed. About a week and a half ago.

The amount of progress we have put into it and constructed has been immensive and great.

We are very proud of our town.

His attitude was very negative about the situation.

Our architect, Casimir Amaedius (MC Name: Jtringl), was not paid due to the fact we could not pay him, HOWEVER, he stated before, his services were free.

The reason this has been proposed is due to the lack of pay that jtringl received.

We did not betray him, and he also possessed a terrible attitude as it was.

He stated Originally that his services were free. However, the next day, he demanded payment. We spoke with him, stating yes, you will receive PAY WHEN the city acquires the minas and has established a significant amount of wealth and has constructed and expanded itself to the most it possibly can. He then threatened my life, and stated I shall declare war upon you and bring many forces with me.

I personally believe, that due to the fact that he stated his services were free, and the next day he demanded payment, that it is not necessarily a significant enough reason to rebel. He is the only person to be affected by this, and chose to rebel due to not being paid. It is understandable, however, the way he approached was not correct, and does not pose enough valid evidence to declare war.

Think of it like this:

A man declares, "It is fine, my services are free!" and then, the next day, "I want to be paid for the houses I built." Next, we state that when we obtain enough minas for the town and help it expand and flourish, we shall pay you accordingly. We praised him for his architectural skills, and he ended up then getting irritated after 2 days. He posted signs in front of our keep stating his experience was terrible, he wasn't paid, and he was stolen from (No, you weren't stolen from. Your chest, in your mind was your supplies, but in retrospect, it IS THE TOWN'S BUILDING SUPPLIES. YOU WERE NOT STOLEN FROM, your supplies were government owned). Because of the follow circumstances, (Not getting paid), he chose to declare war.

That is like an employee for a business not getting paid his salary when the business has just started. The employee is irritated, so he shoots everyone in the business. He doesn't understand that the business was created around a week ago, and that the money has been invested into the welfare of the business. He must remain strong, until the business can pay him and he can acquire an average wage to support himself and perhaps his family. The beginnings start slow but will get better.

That is a rather decent argument Damien put up. If his story is true, and the Andromeda people decide to still declare a attack, it would mean they share the similarity with the orcs,

This is the photograph of Claudius (Our second in commands) general store after it was fixed from being robbed yesterday. I suspect Casimir Amaedius (The man who issued this proposal to Ser Markus Powell, and the man responsible for everything) the culprit for this for a few reasons:

One of our shops in Azar was broken into.

I believe that Casimir performed an unauthorized action, by breaking the glass located in the Attachment below, due to the following reasons:

My treatment here has been bad, and I haven't been paid.

It does not matter of Casamir was the person who initiated this oocly, but it is if Benpowell has a good IC reason to do so, so lets hear his side first.

I agreed, on the condition that I would get a cut from every building sold. The cut was to be set at 250 minas per home, and I would receive it each time a home was sold. Two homes were sold since then, and I received no payment whatsoever. That angered me quite a bit, but I continued to work under the thought I was doing good.

Upon logging out one day, I logged in to find that quite a bit of items from my chests were gone. I was angry, and there were disputes about this, but no action was taken. Renati proceeded to lock my chest. Even after that, I logged in the next day to find quite a few items missing, placing him as a thief. This is what set me over the edge. I had done nothing but good for them, and this is how I am repaid? Quite unfair to me.

Damien attempts to make me look like a horrible person in his post. Contrary to this, I have been quite nice to the people in town. I have given out free food to residents, and answered any questions I could. I was rude toward Claudius due to the fact he didn't think I deserved any money, which he clearly expressed when Renati and I were working out the deal. Also, I asked him to leave the keep when I was building it, since it is quite hard to work when there are people constantly moving around you. I believe Damien is mad because on my last day there, I was royally pissed and put a sword to his throat. Reasonable, due to what I had gone through in that town.

As for the shop window, I did not touch it. You can have the mod's check it, I do not care. It was not me. I find it funny how you just throw out accusations without any proof to back it up.

Bringing my prior ban into this is no concern of anyone. It was a misunderstanding between three people, including myself, where I was hit in the mix of a battle, and started swinging my sword.

Please, attempt to get your facts strait before you try and make me look like a horrible person, when truly I am not.

I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. I told Renati to employ you because I thought you did a great work. You should of came to me, I would of paid you the 500 minas we owed you. But I guess now is to late, your men have invaded the town, wounding me, I hope I could see Azar again one day.
