TOWN CHARTER

MC Name: Dez1320

RP Name: Lord_Renati

Town Name: Seventis

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

The Loyalists branched off to form Seventis, still under Lord Renati's rule. The other lore of the Town can be found on Azar's original charter. We would be a safe haven for travelers, a place to trade good , find services, and join an army.

We wont be afraid to defend what we have. The people of Seventis are on high alert for rebels and are currently not very open to outsiders, though Renati is trying to ease his people to the best of his abilities.

Many deaths and tragedies have acted as roadblocks for thsi goal, however.

Our former town has been overtaken by rebels, however we are motivated and determined to move and acquire a new locate for our settlers and loyalists to

rest themselves, this is an entirely new town, however we are in the process of obtaining resources to construct the town from scratch and the former citizens of Azar

have came to us and have still the same citizens. We are the same people from Azar. Azar has been renamed Ascella by the rebels who overtook it.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

The Government system that will be added to our city, resembles the former system used by Azar, which was a Oligarchy.

Here is the breakdown of our ranks, and their duties and functions:

Lord: The ruler of the city, he deals with diplomatic situations and is in compete control. (Dez1320)

Protactes: The highest assistant of the Lord, he is second in command and has some control over the city. (pheonix_292)

Strategos: The commander and chief of the armed forces, he is in control of all guards, issuing commands at will. (Simidimi12)

Steward: Manages all the domestic affairs of the city, he sells homes, and performs duties such as analyzing the welfare of the city a

nd determining the city is being ran correctly (BuildToSurvive)

Regent: A regent is an adviser and a Noble of the city, they are advisers to the Lord and can suggest ideas or perform the aforementioned duties. (Kido122, Lus146)

Captains: Organizes and leads the squads.

Scribe: The writer of the city, he notes historic events that may occur during its existance and manages the articles and information contained in it's archive. (Blackwidow920)

Sergeant: A commander of a squad for the army who commands the soldiers and makes sure everything is running well. ((We have several Sergeants in the army))

Soldier: A member of the Army. ((We have several soldiers in the ranks of our army.))

Citizen: Any person who lives in the town, they are basic citizens who may own shops, and they can participate during any battle is to occur, they are very welcome in our city, and it is

most appreciated that their humble presence is here, as our city is fond of it's citizens, as they are some of the most loyal and intelligent citizens of Asulon. We are very thankful for our

citizens and we would like to extend our greatest gratitude towards them. ((Everyone who signed below and his not already mentioned as a supporter or in one of the above ranks is a

Citizen of our city.))

Other:

Baron: An honorary title given to those who show loyalty and bravery, citizenship is not required, if you have performed a brave, noble, and courageous act for the city and we have

noticed that you risked your materialistic needs and life for the welfare of our city and the lives of its' citizens, we hereby deem you the rank of Baron, in honor of your humble service.

((We do not possess any Barons as of this moment.))

These ranks are subject to change based on how well they perform and any adjustments we make to better improve the system. I choose them because they are simple and easy to follow.

The government isn't cruel to its citizens and doesn't abuse its powers. The rulers and Lord Renati believe that people should have the respect and property they deserve in the town.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Our residents are kind, some are from all different types of kingdoms. The residents in Seventis are former loyalists to a town named Azar, which had historic events occur upon its grounds. Our residents are versatile, peforming all different types of jobs, employed from all around Asulon previously. They are kind, respectful, and are overall fantastic Citizens. Seventis Citizens shall model the 'perfect' citizen. They shall be quick-witted, intelligent, strong, and ready for anything. Their mentality is one of akind, not found anywhere else.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

A flat area, preferably near the Cloud Temple (We prefer that it shall be chosen by a Game Moderator, and we hope this isn't a bother, as, you guys always pick the best areas.)

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

Details regarding races in Seventis are, we are mixed of all different races. Some are Human, some are Orcs, some are Elves, Some are Dwarves. It is a melting pot of culture but we all unite under the common Seventis banner. We are mostly ran under humans and are thoroughly influenced by human ideals.

We are proud of our renown architecture and take it to their highest priority to make sure our town is clean, meets the general standards, and is overall pleasing to the eye,

our town's architecture consists of buildings that are tall (large height), but their width is small. Therefore, each home / building can use up the least amount of space as possible, but the

homes are still sleek, elegant, and possess a significant amount of room for our citizens.

We also have a Diamond VIP (Lord_Renati, Dez1320) to erase the minas cost.

However, this insignificant nonsense you just spewed out of your mouth is complete rubbish.

'Using your Diamond VIP on Azar...' really, did you just say that?

By donating towards LoTC, I am confident that you possess the benefits acquired via donation as long as you play it, and even if one were to create another charter, the benefits are still in effect.

A diamond VIP, and I'm sure you are aware of this, paid 100 dollars to show their support of the server, dedication to the server, and to make the server prosper and flourish. Do you really believe that the administrators will reject his status of Diamond VIP? Indeed, there are many Diamond/Bedrock VIPs. The LoTC staff I am sure is very thankful and appreciative of their donator's efforts and contributions.

I am sure the staff will Allow his Diamond VIP.

Two, about your second statement...

Before, Azar was a humble town that did not disrespect the land of the Cloud Temple. It was located beyond the mountain before the town, and did not demoralize or damage any of the beautiful land there. Also, if the monks wouldn't allow us on their land, why would they allow you? After all, you are in possession of Azar now, and that is implying that we damaged the Cloud temple land for constructing land there... If what you said is true, then they wouldn't want you on their land, either.

I support the Charter of Seventis and I am anxious to begin construction upon the hopeful approval. I thank all the former loyal citizens of Azar who have stuck with us in this time of terror, and I shall urge great happiness and success in the times ahead.
